The Direto XR enters a new era with Zwift Cog and Click integration.

This new version of the Direto XR series removes the cassette with the pre-installed Zwift Cog, ensuring an immediate setup and extensive compatibility with all bikes that have 8 to 12-speed transmissions.

With the Zwift Click, Zwift's controller, you can change virtually and adjust the resistance of the smart trainer, simulating shifts with 24 virtual gears.

The Zwift system not only guarantees a smooth and quiet ride, but it’s also ready to use, making your training experience easier than ever with an immediate setup, perfect for those who have multiple bikes with different-speed cassettes.

Among the most iconic smart trainers from Elite, the Direto XR with Zwift Cog and Click stands out as the most advanced trainer in the series, featuring high-level functionalities such as the integrated power meter that allows for power measurement with an accuracy of ±1.5%.

This trainer also features increasingly stable power data in ERG mode, four different Power Smoothing options for power data display (available on My E-Training), "Easy Start" to facilitate interval resumption, responsive Supertuck on Zwift, and Bridge functions for heart rate monitors and cadence sensors.

With a Pre-Installed Zwift Cog

The new version of the Direto XR series eliminates the cassette thanks to the pre-installed Zwift Cog, offering extensive compatibility with all bikes with 8/9/10/11/12-speed transmissions, without the need to adjust the derailleur.

The Zwift system is integrated, allowing for a quick and easy setup. It is perfect for different cyclists as it also gives you the ability to connect various bikes equipped with different speed cassettes to the smart trainer.

If you prefer real shifting provided by a cassette, you can remove the Zwift Cog and install your own 9 to 12-speed cassette, just as you would with a standard Direto XR(-T).

Virtual Shifting with Zwift Click

Shifting is managed by the Zwift Click, a two-button controller that allows for virtual shifting, adjusting the trainer's resistance to simulate gear changes with 24 pre-set virtual gears.The system offers a linear unique shifting system, easily adjustable with the two simple buttons on the Zwift Click, which you can mount on any type of road, flat, or time trial handlebar.

Virtual shifting is only compatible with Zwift. If you want to use other indoor training apps, you can simply remove the Zwift Cog and replace it with the cassette of your choice (cassette not included).
 

Advanced Data Monitoring with Integrated Power Meter

The Direto XR with Zwift Cog and Click offers advanced power monitoring to maximize your performance and analyze your improvements during bike workouts.

Equipped with an integrated power meter, the OTS (Optical Torque Sensor), this home trainer provides precise power data with an accuracy of ± 1.5%.

With the Direto XR with Zwift Cog and Click, you also have access to four power data display options with the “Power Smoothing” function available on My E-Training. This allows you to achieve a smooth representation of your power data through a stable and synchronized visualization, eliminating any fluctuations.

The practical "Easy Start" function facilitates the resumption of intervals after short pedal breaks, ensuring a comfortable and effective training experience.

The high-speed power meter data reading allows for a quick transition to the Supertuck position during Zwift races. The Direto XR with Zwift Cog and Click can immediately detect when you stop pedaling, allowing Zwift to seamlessly activate the Supertuck for your avatar.

High-Performance with Slopes up to 24%

The Direto XR with Zwift Cog and Click challenges you to push your limits, automatically managing resistance to replicate extreme gradients up to 24%. Get ready to conquer the most demanding climbs like Passo dello Stelvio and Mont Ventoux!

With the support of Elite's gradient simulator with handlebar steering, the Rizer, your training reaches a new level of realism. It features automatic frame movements that simulate climbs and descents for an unprecedented realistic experience, along with the ability to steer the handlebar left or right to faithfully replicate the movements you would make on your outdoor bike.

For even more immersive training, complete the setup with Aria, Elite’s smart fan, which can adjust wind intensity based on your speed, power, heart rate, and body temperature, providing a comfortable, motivating, and realistic environment during your workouts.

Bridge Function for Cadence Sensors and Heart Rate Monitors

The Bridge function for cadence sensors and heart rate monitors allows you to connect a heart rate monitor or cadence sensor directly to the home trainer while being connected to the training software, transmitting the respective data through standard FE-C ANT+ and FTMS BLE protocols.

This function is particularly useful with some platforms (such as Apple TV) that can only support two Bluetooth® Smart sensors simultaneously.

The Direto XR with Zwift Cog and Click is also capable of creating a virtual heart rate monitor if you are using programs that are not compatible with your heart rate monitor’s protocol (e.g., you have an ANT+ monitor but are using a Bluetooth program or device). The home trainer will instantly convert the data from your ANT+ heart rate monitor, transmitting the value via Bluetooth to the app or device you are using.

Maximum Compatibility with All Bikes

The Direto XR with Zwift Cog and Click ensures exceptional compatibility with road bikes, gravel bikes, and mountain bikes with hubs of 130-135 x 5 mm with quick release, and hubs of 142 x 12 mm with thru-axle (adapters included in the package).
