Dynamic Chain Engagement+ Dynamic Chain Engagement+ is a special gear tooth profile designed for use in single-speed chainring setups for XC, Enduro, and Trail Riding. It provides improved chain retention and smoother pedaling - even over rough terrain. Chain retention in any gear will reduce abrasion and wear.

Hyperglide+ The conventional Hyperglide technology enables smooth upward shifting thanks to small shifting ramps that guide the chain to the next larger sprocket. Hyperglide+ employs this functionality but also applies it in the opposite direction, preventing the chain from dropping when shifting downwards. The outcome is smooth and consistent shifting in both directions, free of vibrations, and without disrupting cadence.

SIL-TEC SIL-TEC is an advanced surface plating technology that enhances both performance and durability. It adds a low-friction surface treatment that operates more smoothly and sustains longer.
