The Shimano "SLX CN-M7100" chain represents a new stage in development, ensuring rapid, accurate, and smooth gear shifting in both directions, even under the highest loads, thanks to its precisely formed contact surfaces with the "Dynamic Chain Engagement+" chainring and "Hyperglide+" cassette teeth. Additionally, the SIL-TEC coated inner chain plates significantly increase service life. Compatible with electric bikes.

Technologies:

"Dynamic Chain Engagement+" "Dynamic Chain Engagement+" is a special tooth profile designed for use with single-speed chainrings for XC, Enduro, and Trail riding. It ensures better chain retention and smoother pedaling - even when riding on uneven surfaces. Retention of the chain in any gear reduces friction and wear.

"Hyperglide+" The conventional "Hyperglide" technology ensures smooth gear shifts upwards thanks to small shifting ramps, which guide the chain to the next larger sprocket. "Hyperglide+" also employs this feature but applies it in the opposite direction as well, preventing the chain from dropping down during downshifting. The result is smooth and consistent shifting in both directions, free from vibrations and without disrupting cadence.

"SIL-TEC" "SIL-TEC" is an advanced surface plating technology designed to enhance both performance and durability. It provides a low-friction surface treatment that operates more smoothly and maintains longevity.
